Mobile Phone Co-ordinator
We are seeking a Mobile Phone Co-ordinator to join our Finance team on a Fixed Term Contract until December 2025.
* Maintain accurate records of all mobile devices and vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
* Monitor inventory levels of mobile devices, order new supplies as needed and co-ordinate repairs or upgrades.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding mobile phones.
* Provide training and support to staff on mobile device usage and policies, ensuring adherence.
* Support Senior finance leaders with admin tasks as required.

The Opportunity
This exciting new role will see you:
* Oversight the allocation of new company mobile phones.
* Liaise with vendors to manage service agreements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in a project management or procurement position.
* Demonstrated analytical reporting, presentation, and IT skills (MS Excel, Tableau).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive high performance and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.
