You will provide contract expertise to the Transport Assets Planning and Management team in the management of the Bus Shelter Advertising Contract including monitoring contractor performance, contract administration, responding to customer requests and liaison with relevant authorities.We're looking for people who have:Bachelor of Business or equivalent knowledgeAdvanced Diploma / Associate Diploma of Engineering or equivalent knowledgeDriver's Licence C Class UnrestrictedExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsWell-developed negotiation skills to influence stakeholders, create buy-in and maintain positive stakeholder engagementStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tasks and proactive in identifying potential issuesDemonstrated competency to provide specialist advice in relation to contracts, road transport assets management and planningStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to make well-informed decisions to solve problems effectivelySelf-motivation and demonstrated initiative, creativity and the ability to foster enthusiasm among fellow staffReliability and constantly works towards achieving individual and team goals.Be part of shaping the Gold Coast's futureThe Gold Coast is inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
