Join Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets Group in their Futures Sales Clearing team as a Sales Support Manager within Australian Futures Broking business. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?This role is critical to the smooth execution of the sales support process, with key responsibilities including oversight of our client onboarding (KYC) refresh program and ongoing client management process, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You will be responsible for regular management reporting and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and any issues, credit limits requests, opening new accounts, engaging with clients and legal teams, and initiating cases in the CRM platform. You will partner with our Futures Sales and Broking teams to support all facets of the sales process including annual credit reviews and risk management processes and customer support, while maintaining customer data and documents in the customer database.
