We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support their Principal.

The Role:
* Prepare forms 6 and contracts
* Organise photography, building and pest inspections, and valuations
* Run marketing campaigns
* Manage social media
* Prepare listing presentations and appraisal proposals
* Perform general administration and support duties
* Manage emails and diaries
* Manage databases

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A QLD Certificate of Registration
* A valid driver's license
* Previous experience in the Real Estate industry

* The ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
