The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the P&C department and ensuring the smooth implementation of P&C processes across the organization. This position involves handling administrative tasks related to employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management. The P&C Coordinator works closely with P&C team members, management, and employees to provide exceptional P&C support, fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture. This role is vital in ensuring that all P&C initiatives are executed effectively and that employees have a seamless and supportive experience throughout their time with the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork, orientation, and training are completed.
* Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
* Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding P&C policies, procedures, and general HR-related matters.
* Support performance management processes by helping coordinate feedback, reviews, and development plans.
* Help organize and track training programs and development opportunities for employees.
* Assist in managing HR compliance, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Support ad-hoc HR projects as needed to enhance the overall employee experience.
Skills
* Previous experience in HR, administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
* Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws is a plus.
* A proactive attitude with a passion for supporting employee development and well-being.
