Manager Program & Partnerships, Health Transformation Lab
The Manager Program & Partnerships reports to the Director, Health Transformation (HTL) and is responsible for end-to-end program design and delivery, project management, and partnership management for the HTL's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership of the end-to-end process for new or existing initiatives, including concepting and proposal development to project delivery and completion.
* Development of strategic relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders within the health and medtech ecosystem.
* Development of proposals, tenders or bids for funding and commercial investment.
* Oversight of the development, production and maintenance of the Health Transformation Lab's technology assets.
* Oversight and people management for direct reports and ad-hoc project resources.
Requirements:
* Understanding of context: Sound knowledge of the healthcare, medtech, emerging technology trends, ideas and methods.
* Analytical ability: Demonstrated experience in combining multiple sets of information and evidence to inform clear and concise strategy, insight and management materials.
* Excellent writing skills: including demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive recommendations, implementation plans, and reports.
* Effective communication skills: (written and verbal) and track record in engaging successfully with internal and external stakeholders with a demonstrated high-level of judgement and discretion.
* Innovative style and mindset: A high degree of demonstrated ability to build, prototype and develop novel ideas, initiatives, strategies and/or initiatives in health or medtech environments.
