About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in Broken Hill on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with vulnerable customers, and developing budgets based on client needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Minimum 2 years experience working in a Customer Service or Case Management position
* Experience dealing with vulnerable clients is advantageous
* Experience working within the Not-for-Profit or Government sectors is ideal
You will possess strong multitasking skills, customer service and problem-solving skills, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organisation skills.
