Job Description:
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU in the Wollongong area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow and thrive in the industry with a locally based portfolio of 120-180 properties.
Duties:
* Manage a portfolio of 120-180 properties, providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with owners and tenants.
* Assist with leasing, ingoings, outgoings, and routines, as well as sending out notices to tenants.
* Negotiate lease renewals and issue breach notices as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in managing a rental portfolio.
* Holds a Valid Certificate of Registration (Essential).
* Exceptional customer service skills, high communication skills, and great time management and organizational skills.
* Strong maturity and ability to work in a team.
