About the Role: As our Building and Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure of our clients' properties.
This position is vital for ensuring operational efficiency and safety across all projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct scheduled site inspections for remedial work and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks to ensure all systems function efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures and sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and building professionals to plan and execute remedial and maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and prioritise work orders effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records up-to-date.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.
Who We're Looking For: - A diploma or trade qualification in building services, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- 1 or more years experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the building or engineering sector.
- A commitment to safety and sustainability practices.
- Flexibility to work on-call as needed for occasional emergencies or projects.
