Multiple Training Managers required - PRIME exp desirable 6 months FTC - likely to extend Macquarie Park location - 4 days per week in the office Our client is seeking experienced and capable Training Managers to support the on-ground roll-out of the PRIME (Patient Record Information Management Environment) solution.
This role will focus on delivering a customised training curriculum, currently in development, to ensure the successful implementation and utilisation of the PRIME system within healthcare settings.
Please note this position requires four days per week in the office.Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of the bespoke training curriculum for the PRIME solution.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionalities, data entry protocols, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific training needs and tailor the curriculum accordingly.
Provide hands-on support during the roll-out phase to ensure smooth adoption of the PRIME system.
Develop user-friendly training materials and documentation to enhance learning outcomes.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Address knowledge gaps and support users in troubleshooting system-related issues.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Training Manager within a healthcare or IT environment.
Strong understanding of Patient Information Management Systems (PIMS), particularly the PRIME solution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Adaptable and capable of managing multiple training sessions and user groups.
Familiarity with compliance and data protection regulations in healthcare settings.
