You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your role will involve a mix between senior duties and also case management providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.Your duties will include:Manage a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks);Develop and implement a plan for RTW and progress the upgrade of this plan in consultation with key stakeholders (injured individual, employer, treaters, referring body and other relevant parties).Mentor and coach consultants to support their achievement of service delivery, customer service (including SLA requirements) and billable minimum threshold.Assist with the induction of new consultants and performance management processes.Customer relationship development.Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.QualificationsYou'll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities below!Tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Discipline.Full Professional Registration or Accreditation (AASW, ASORC, AHPRA or ESSA).Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded.Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders!Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy.It's the kind of career where well-developed time management skills are a must & plus!A current valid Driver’s License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.Additional InformationEvery day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.Here at IPAR, we have three simple but powerful values that drive every decision we make as a business and as a team.
