Become a key advisor to a range of clients—from small businesses to multinationals—managing complex accounting and taxation matters. Seek out and drive new business opportunities, with the support of our Directors and Business Development resources. Mentor and lead junior staff, guiding their development and fostering a culture of high performance. Work with cutting-edge systems, a streamlined workflow team, and structured processes to support your efficiency and success. Collaborate with multiple Directors who bring strong technical knowledge and are committed to supporting your leadership journey. About You Proven Experience: At least 5 years in public practice business services, with regular experience reviewing junior staff work and managing client relationships. Relationship-Driven: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to foster client trust and grow partnerships. Commercially Savvy: Confident identifying growth opportunities and contributing to business development.
