How will I help?
The BA function plays a key role in defining the requirements and processes, bringing various people together, and ensuring the requirement is delivered to the customer. This role is within the program delivery team, working closely with various key stakeholders and assisting in key deliverables as per responsibilities assigned by the Program Director or their delegate.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Process mapping, functional documentation, and data analysis.
2. Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
3. Liaise and collaborate with external teams as required, and call out assumptions and dependencies. Contribute to capturing and managing RAID for the initiative.
4. Drive workshops, documenting and circulating outcomes.
5. Continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and establish working relationships with the product owner and other interfacing teams.
7. Ensure alignment and traceability of requirements to solution & exception processes.
8. Building of a backlog with features, epics, and stories.
9. End to end tech delivery, clearly documenting the functional as well as technical requirements – act as the bridge between the Business and Developers.
What do I need?
To be successful in this position you should have experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst with banking product knowledge. You will have proven experience in eliciting requirements, including process designing and process mapping. You will be experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. This role will require a professional with solid experience in large transformation programs.
You should have an excellent understanding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc., and a degree in IT / Computer science will be very highly regarded.
