On behalf of our client Clough Group, we are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Planner. The Clough Group is an Australian Engineering and Construction company based in Perth, Western Australia, with projects in engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance services, principally in the oil and gas industry.Responsibilities:Demonstrate leadership in supporting an incident injury-free work environment with visible compliance and participation.Drive integrated project controls model through intelligent coding between Primavera, Envision, and Prism, and educate the planners in their roles with Envision on Quantities/Progress/Forecast Dates and Prism on SCurves and Progress Reporting.Depending on the project size, supervise or support the project set-up phase to:Define the WBS/ABS.Work with cost to align the budgeted unit hours/quantities from the estimate.Set up tracking & monitoring metrics to control.Analyze and report project status, man-hours & progress.Ensure alignment to Clough contractual, reporting, and control requirements.Depending on the project size and scope execution, manage schedule across all facets of engineering, procurement, subcontracts, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, and closeout.Supervise and monitor schedule structure parameters for submissions, ensuring conformance with both Client and Clough internal guidelines.Incorporate progress updates into the working schedule utilizing the agreed progress types:Time RelatedQuantity BasedIncremental Milestone BasedAssessment BasedDevelop comprehensive Basis of Schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and Critical Path information.Understand agreed scope, estimate, commercial framework, and reporting obligations against the head contract.Coordinate planning forecast meetings, driving interface of package owners in the forecast process to validate the integrity of the forecast, understand the key drivers for change to forecast, and identify risks and opportunities.Assist in the development of the project Construction Work Packages (CWP) and Field Installation Work Packages (FIWP).Company Requirements:Code of Conduct.Demonstrate Clough Values.Behaviors in MPOE.Clough Management System requirements.Qualifications:Relevant Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.8+ years' relevant experience, of which 2-3 years were spent operating in a project environment.Demonstrated experience leading a team.Solid understanding of CMS and its application in a project environment.Work location: Karratha and all around Australia.Why are you the right candidate for this role?
