Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Promote professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Assist with resource and shift coordination, ensuring optimal patient flow. Key Responsibilities Lead the nursing team in providing family-centred, evidence-based care. Support quality, safety, and risk management programs. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive workplace culture. Coordinate patient flow and manage clinical workloads effectively. Participate in clinical governance, policy development, and team meetings. Act as a resource for problem-solving and decision-making on the unit. Skills & Experience AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1. Postgraduate qualifications in Paediatric Nursing (or working towards). Proven clinical expertise and leadership in a healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
