You will be expected to adhere to all OHS standards, requirements, and processes, including (but not limited to) wearing appropriate PPE and regular hygiene and cleanliness practices.About the RoleWe assist and support individuals (consumers) in their own homes and community to develop skills and abilities to gain independence to complete day-to-day tasks. Our goal is to enable rather than do, to promote independence, development, and confidence of the individuals. Our success will enable them to have the voice and choice to thrive in their local communities. We are currently hiring for casual positions with a range of shifts including sleepovers in areas such as Melton and Wyndham Vale.The role entails:Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support for consumers in residential, SIL, and community settings.Meeting the consumers’ needs according to established behavioural support plans.Developing professional relationships with consumers, their care team, and others in the community.Providing accurate and timely case notes so that others can provide a consistent experience for consumers.Providing support to assist consumers to work towards their individual goals.It is a requirement of this position to meet all compliance requirements concerning NDIS Work Screening, Working With Children's Check, work rights, and possess a current and valid driver’s licence.What we can offer youermha365 is an agile and innovative non-profit with a growth agenda across Australia.
