Due to growth, Medcan has available a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager that will lead the sales team through strategy and proven pharmaceutical sales experience.
The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager is positioned within the company's senior management team and is responsible for leading the sales team, developing, implementing and driving strategic and operational sales plans. Increase market share nationally and along with internal key stakeholders, build brand awareness. The role offers diversity, challenge and reward, the successful incumbent will be compensated according to experience, with additional sales target incentives.
The role requires the successful incumbent to have proven experience in leading a sales team strategically and operationally, to achieve sales targets within the pharmaceutical industry. Must also have proven experience in expanding market share nationally and obtaining desired results. The role will require the successful incumbent to drive the success, participate in sector events and client activities.
About You: To be considered for the role, you must have the following experience, skills and attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or a minimum of 7 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven abilities to develop, implement and manage strategic sales plans that yield desired outcomes.Proven abilities in fostering strong relationships, lead an engaged and driven sales team that achieves results.Proven experience in the medicinal cannabis sector or a closely related pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.Proven understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.About Us: The rewards and benefits working with Medcan are:
