We are seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves analysing and re-engineering business processes to optimise workflows, enhance efficiency, and support the implementation of automation solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and optimisation.
* Strong understanding of process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, Visio).
* Familiarity with automation technologies and platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow management tools).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
* Experience in change management and process implementation.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
* Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or a related field.
