* Remuneration: $32.80 + 11.5% Super + not for profit Tax Benefits (Increases your take home pay) + allowances & travel reimbursements (KM’s) + employee discount program.
Job Summary
We’re looking for personal carers who want to make a meaningful difference for people in their local community. You will be part of a BlueCare Neighbourhood - a supportive and close-knit team delivering care and companionship for BlueCare clients, helping them to live life their way. No two days are ever the same. You’ll spend your time on the road interacting with clients and their loved ones within their homes, providing care in line with clients' individualised Care Plans, supporting with:
* In home personal care, including showering & personal hygiene
* Meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
* Transportation & accompanying clients on social activities, shopping or to appointments
What we need
* Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
* Relevant checks and clearances
* Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
* Basic experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
