Being part of this team allows you to build great relationships internally and network with the prestigious clients that come through the door daily!Your Role...As the Senior Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with the Submissions team responsible for coordinating proposals and tenders for new projects. Collaborating with the leadership team and project leaders, this role will coordinate, write, and prepare high-quality and customized tender proposals for various sectors across the public and private domains.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the full submission process from the decision to commit, liaising with relevant stakeholders and preparing tender documentation.Identify key requirements and coordinate the content for all submissions, including written material and technical descriptions provided by the project leader, internal team, and external stakeholders.Prepare submission proposals, EOIs, and tenders in line with the company’s brand.Maintain a submission register, including tracking success rates and submissions lost.Engage subconsultants, suppliers, and contractors per business procedures and manage their submission input.Provide appropriate information and assist in the selection of subconsultants.Act as a brand ambassador for the business and embrace their values.To be successful in the role:Minimum 5 years’ experience in coordinating bids and tenders within architecture, building, property, and construction, or within professional services.A formal qualification in business communications, marketing, or a construction-related degree.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.Well-presented with a keen eye for detail and design.Positive attitude and work-winning mindset.Competent user of InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.If this sounds like something you are interested in, please send your CV to Natalie Kotzias via the apply links next to this ad!
