Your Role:
1. Support the lead recruiter with scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate management.
2. Assist in identifying and screening potential candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate skills and fit for key construction roles.
4. Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with job postings and database updates.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience in HR, admin, or recruitment.
2. Organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and multitask.
3. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
4. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
