They build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing ongoing support and recommendations for improvement.Responsibilities of our consultants may include but are not limited to:Engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.Offering ideas and solutions that meet client requirements.Collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling successful IT projects across various sectors, including Government, Energy, Utilities, and Retail. You should bring flexibility, and exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to this role.DESIRED EXPERIENCE5+ years experience as an IT Project Manager in large complex IT projects, with a background in a variety of industry sectors, including Utilities, Health, Government, Financial Services, Higher Education, Resources, or Defence sectors.Extensive Agile methodology experience.Experience delivering multiple projects/workstreams concurrently, or delivering programs; ideally with Fixed Price / Outcomes based experience as well, and/or full life-cycle experience from RFI/RFT to implementation, transition and close.Stakeholder management and governance at GM and Chief levels as well as vendor management experience a plus.Must have demonstrable experience in scoping/planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.WHAT MAKES US NRITransformative digital solutions take more than IT expertise.
