About You:Experienced Professional: You bring 4+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record in site management or supervision.Qualified: You have a relevant Bachelor in Construction Management. Work experience may be considered to substitute for formal qualification.Team Player: You thrive in a team environment, effectively collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.Adaptable: Experience in village/modular construction is preferred, but not essential; you're eager to learn and adapt.Technical Expertise: You have experience with inground services, detailed earthworks, concrete, and building steel-framed facilities.Strong organisational and time management skills. About the Role:Oversee and Supervises the direct workforce and subcontractors on project sites.Communicate project goals and updates effectively to team and clients.Liaise and Coordinate with Construction Project Manager, surveyor, and engineers on projects to ensure smooth progress.Maintain positive relationships with the client.Ensure quality with Project Engineers, workforce, and subcontractors.Ensure works are completed per documentation and engineering drawings.Identify and resolve any construction defects or deviations from the project plan.Maintain accurate records of site activities, daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.Address and resolve any issues or challenges onsite to prevent delays.Demonstrate and promote a safe work culture.FIFO 2&1 What McNally Offers:McNally Mining & Resources is committed to attracting and developing the right people who back and strive towards the company’s vision.
