The company fosters a small, family-knit working environment where collaboration and support are at the heart of everything they do.Responsibilities:Fortnightly Payroll and SuperannuationAccounts Payable and Receivable dutiesMonth end reconciliation processesCompilation of reports for submission of BASCompilation of reports for all monthly, quarterly and yearly accountingKnowledge of MYOB software essentialExperience of dealing with foreign currency paymentsExperience is advantageous, however training will be provided to the right candidateProficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems is required.Duties include, but are not limited to:Daily banking and paymentsReconciliation of bank accounts and cash flow managementChecking sales invoicing and submitting via customers portals where required.Checking and entering purchase invoicesCustomer statements and debt controlLiaising with suppliers/customers via phone and email in relation to accounts queriesTracking and accurate recording of information for submission to accountants for BAS reporting.Preparing monthly reports (reporting to the Directors)Meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads with minimum supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of workCompliance to and awareness of Health & Safety regulations and requirementsPreparing information for renewal of insurancesBeing proactive in finding solutions to problems and identifying areas for improving processesOther operational activities as and when requiredSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typePart-timeJob functionAdministrative and Accounting/Auditing
