The Opportunity
This new role has been created due to company growth, joining a small team driving our product engineering program with the goal of building a world-leading product stack in our specialist market supported by best-in-class engineering capability.
The Role
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the small team driving our product engineering program, manufacturing premium technical products for the mining industry in a discrete manufacturing system that is 100% build-to-order.

This role will report to our Design Engineering Manager and will be based at our Salisbury plant, with paid relocation if required. We are aiming to hire high-potential talent who will perform exceptionally and progress to take on more responsibility in the business.

We are looking for a high-performing Mechanical Design Engineer who is passionate about designing and making things, solving engineering problems and designing great products using your smarts and ingenuity to solve problems.

Experience
Engineering degree (mechanical or related) with strong academic results. Ideally experience in manufacturing business with built-to-order product and experience with engineering for piping fabrication (ASME B31.3, AS4041, ASME IX, AS3992).
