Your day will involve:
* Manage and oversee our commercial properties across QLD, NT, and WA.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
* Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet compliance standards.
* Handle leasing, rent collection, and property financial reporting.
* Collaborate with the construction and sales teams to align property strategies with business goals.

* Proven experience in commercial property management.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.
