About the Opportunity
This role is an integral part of frontline growth and customer experience team who maximises relationships through providing banking solutions that meet customer needs with exceptional customer experience.
You will work with a team to drive growth and brand presence through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative business development initiatives.
This position is integral to the success of Summerland in identifying and capitalising on business opportunities across our communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and mentor lending skills across the team.
* Promote loan and customer growth within the branch network and through Business Development Managers and their external referral networks.
* Lead the team to grow the loan-book, meeting the needs of both new and existing customers.
* Provide positive and comprehensive leadership to your team.
* Coach and develop direct reports.
* Manage the sales process and undertake business development to support business goals.
