About the RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to support philanthropic and corporate partnership growth by providing administrative and delivery support for engagement activities. This role supports the Development team through leading the planning and delivery of key events to enable targeted relationship building and growing a strong connection with our stakeholders.This role will be required to work onsite for collaborative workshops, in-person meetings and stakeholder engagement. Attendance at donor/stakeholder engagement events outside normal business hours will also be required.This is a fixed term opportunity which is open to current ACM employees only. Full-time fixed term position to June 2026. Band 3.2 $84,502.00 plus superannuation. Your Qualifications, Experience & Skills Relevant professional or tertiary qualification in creative arts, event management, fundraising or equivalent professional experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the proven capacity and confidence to build relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, including colleagues, senior Executives and senior external stakeholders. Proven time management, and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and ensure the timely delivery of engagement materials and events for senior Executive and senior stakeholders including the Trust President, Capital Campaign Chair and ACM Foundation. Experience in organising small and large scale events for high-net-worth individuals, senior business figures and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and consistently in both written and oral form Strong attention to detail, especially around donor data input and event delivery requirements Demonstrated capacity to exercise tact and discretion and proven ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and appropriate manner Advanced proficiency in the use of software packages including Office 365 suite and familiarity with CRM programs. Experience in the use of Tessitura is an advantage.
