The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality commerical reporting and analysis enabling the business to executive strategy.Responsibilities include:Oversee annual and month-end reporting, weekly and annual forecasting for the division nationallyDrive the budgeting and strategic planning process for the divisonIn conjunction with the Divisional General Manager, monitor and direct the execution of the strategic planProvide strong finance support and business partnering to the Divisional General Manager and State ManagersDrive process improvement initiatives, with a focus on driving standardization in finance and administration processes and controls across the organization;Key participant in the senior leadership team of the wider finance organization and work closely with other divisional finance leads to drive consistency and process improvement across the wider organizationReview and provide finance input into capital proposals and any associated Board papersLead, direct and develop the finance team, including providing coaching and career development support.The Successful ApplicantWill hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)Experience working in a leading chartered firm and have performed a similar Commercial or FP&A role working for another fast-paced large company (listed or multinational)You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.Background in Manufacturing or Engineering would be an advantageThe BenefitsUp to Circa $170,000 + superannuation + bonusFlexible working.
