YOUR ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Contract Office at Orchard Hills, NSW. You will be performing Customer Service Officer functions for the operation of a stock control computer and associated systems to provide online visibility of EO inventory to the point of consumption.
Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to:
Ensure the accurate operation of the ADF's inventory stock management system. Perform Customer Service Officer functions to support Depot operations, including liaising with customers. Perform EO account management functions on behalf of ADF Units including completing various transactions, validating and examining data, discrepancy management, and compiling reports. Utilise Business Systems to ensure efficiency and simplicity for extraction of records and business data for analysis. Provide timely solutions and contribute positively to customer satisfaction and organisational image. Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients. Demonstrate a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety. YOUR EXPERIENCE A Certificate IV in Logistics, Business Administration or related field. Previous experience operating a database program. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
