About the role As the Sourcing Analyst based on site at Bell Bay, you will be supporting the Sourcing Specialist and will handle end to end sourcing processes as well as maintain various sourcing administration activities.
About Us In the Supply Chain & Procurement function, we oversee the strategy, planning, and management of all procurement activities, ensuring the seamless integration of strategy, category management, and emerging enablers.
Procurement services facilitate the delivery of services and goods to Product Groups and category/service delivery teams.
This encompasses a range of activities including quality assurance and control, tactical and spot sourcing, purchase-to-pay processes, expense management, and process design.
Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Creating and maintaining the Ariba Sourcing Projects and Contract Workspaces Management of contract summaries Assisting with contract administration activities Management of low complexity sourcing projects Your approach to proactive problem-solving to resolve issues and challenges will see you embracing them as opportunities for personal and professional development rather than obstacles, fostering a culture of innovation along the way.
What You'll Bring You bring a "can-do" approach to your work, great organisational skills, solid admin and computer skills and exceptional attention to detail.
You excel in solving a variety of straightforward problems by following defined procedures and solutions.
Ideally you will have some sourcing experience, however training can be provided.
