Primary Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Manager to oversee and report on the performance of BGIS (BMS) and our subcontractors. This role is crucial in ensuring contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards in safety, reporting, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report on BGIS and subcontractor performance under contractual agreements. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) policies and procedures. Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure quality service delivery. Analyse and interpret property, facility, and financial data to identify trends and improvements. Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Foster strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure effective contract administration and database management. Prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines effectively. Drive continuous improvement and high-quality service standards. Qualifications & Experience: Formal tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in subcontract management and/or facilities management. Strong background in contract administration, reporting, and database management. Experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring. Sound knowledge of building services, construction, and relevant legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and solve problems on the go.
