Key Responsibilities Lead both platform change initiatives and people change programs in a legal tech transformation. Work hands-on; no delegation here You’ll need to fill the gaps and drive execution wherever required Engage and collaborate with lawyers, legal assistants, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Provide on-the-ground support, troubleshooting challenges, and driving adoption. About You Proven experience in change management, across systems, people & process change Comfortable in a hands-on role, with the ability to execute and adapt quickly. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience managing ways-of-working transformations for professionals. Brisbane-based and ready to hit the ground running.
