The sales team will set up a number of market appraisals and filter through hot leads from their personal database. The structure encourages agents to pass on potential business through to the Business Development Manager.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Manage New Business Enquiries through business and internal referrals
2. Work closely with the Sales Agents and Property Managers to optimise the databases and rent roll
3. Maintain and develop client relationships
4. Offer professional advice to clients
5. Market appraisals - sometimes with the sales agents
6. Cultivate and hunt down fresh new business leads
7. Leasing of new properties
The Candidate:
1. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
2. Previous experience in a Real Estate business development role is desirable
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Be a strong team player
