The Client Services Consultant position covers a wide range of functions including client relationship management, connecting clients with appropriate services and supports to meet their needs and supporting the customer service functions including scheduling of appointments and managing incoming calls.
Supporting both current and prospective CPA clients of all ages, you will deliver high quality seamless client engagement and client management services to ensure families are connected with the right services to meet their needs in a timely way. You will also be expected to resolve day-to-day service delivery queries and issues and will appropriately prioritise workflow to efficiently manage your caseload.
The role is located at our Erina site and is a permanent full-time position.
What will you bring to the role?

4. Experience working toward KPIs
5. Good time management and workflow prioritisation skills
6. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Work, Excel, Outlook)
7. Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience desirable
8. Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain
9. Disciplined phone call and client activity logging
10. A flexible and collaborative approach to work
