The role
Health Infrastructure Queensland works with diverse stakeholders across the Hospital and Health Services and allied service providers to deliver ‘value for money' infrastructure outcomes that support excellence in health service delivery.
In this role you will:
1. Lead and manage the delivery of small to large scale capital works projects within the HIQ project management methodology and governance structure.
2. Ensure project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained by leading a multidisciplinary team within a complex health environment.

Demonstrated high level knowledge of project and program management methodologies in addition to extensive high-level experience and successful performance in leading, managing and delivering medium to large scale complex or high-risk projects within a health infrastructure service delivery environment.
4. Demonstrated extensive high-level experience in preparing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on complex program/project budgets and knowledge of financial pressures and constraints impacting on delivery.
5. Demonstrated high level ability with proven success to manage consultants, contractors, and multi-disciplinary project teams' line with quality human and financial resource management practices.
6. Demonstrated high developed communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership, and negotiation skills to create a strong client focus, influence the decisions, action, or perceptions.
