You will manage key accounting processes, coordinate with various departments and external service providers, and ensure accurate recognition of accounting events. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying the accounting impact of extraordinary transactions on company KPIs. Furthermore, you will support the implementation of new accounting processes and systems, adapting them to comply with local requirements.Manage the monthly accounting closing process for entities within the Australian perimeterunder IFRSCoordinate with external services providers such as accounting shared service center andexternal tax and bookkeeping services providerCoordinate the preparation and issuance of local statutory financial statements of theentities in the Australian perimeter in accordance with local GAAPs and/or IFRSManage the monthly reporting to the Pacific Green Group through the internal Pacific Greenreporting toolProactively identify the accounting impact of extraordinary transactions in the Company’sKPIs and propose to the Group functions the accounting treatments of such transactionsSupport the Holding accounting function in the deployment of new accounting processesand systemsCoordinate the external audit process with the Group’s auditorsYour profile and experienceThe ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant position brings a wealth of experience from an accounting related field, preferably gained either in Big 4 audit environment or in a multinational company.
