We are looking for a safety-oriented, self-motivated person who can work effectively and safely under direct supervision or alone, following established procedures and guidelines. Work may involve some remote area locations. Applicants should enjoy working outdoors. This role is on a casual basis & would suit a resident of the Dysart Community.
Essential requirements
* Current drivers licence - manual
* Construction Industry Induction “White” Card
* Be able to work in a physically demanding environment
Desirable requirements
* Previous experience in open space, parks and garden, landscaping labouring or a similar role
* Experience in operating garden equipment/hand tools safely
* Tractor/slasher experience
* Weed identification and control
* ACDC Commercial spraying licence
* BMA or Standard 11 Induction
* First Aid Certificate
