The Opportunity:
As Contracts Administrator, you will play a critical role working directly for the principal contractor within our Commercial team. Working with contractors on site and international suppliers ensuring all contractual requirements are achieved and obligations met.

2. Role based on site in Yatala
The Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager based on-site at Yatala, QLD, you will be working with the project management team and contractors on a daily basis.
This will include, but not limited to:
3. Liaison with Procurement in the development of contractual documentation
4. Maintain accurate contracts records and documentation
5. Monitor contract compliance and track contract deliverables
6. Assist in the management of budgets and forecasting
7. Preparation of Contracts Administration Plan summaries to enable the project team to manage the contractors in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions and under legislative requirements
8. Working with Project Managers and the Commercial Manager to oversee contractor claims, and certification of payments
9. Preparation of Commercial correspondence, maintain contractual registers, and work with the broader team on risk management models
10. Assisting with SAP transactions, vendor management, and ad-hoc reporting
11. Supporting the procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring timely and accurate vendor interactions
What you will bring to the team:
12. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Business/Commerce, Law, or related field
13. Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, especially in civil and commercial construction environments
14. Strong knowledge and exposure to Contract Law (Required)
15. Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
16. Strong skills in Adobe Pro and a good understanding of document control
17. Experience in SAP, Sharepoint, Aconex, Asite, Commnia, or similar tools are an advantage

18. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
19. Strong analytical skills and the capability to manage complex procurement activities.
20. Tenacity to engage with the broader team to meet the required timelines for contractual deliverables.
