Plan and manage accounts to an agreed market strategy. Manage assigned accounts to achieve sales revenue and product quantity targets. Identify opportunities for increasing share of wallet with current customers and potential new customers where determined greater representation is required. Support technical queries and sales presentations for your customers. Create and maintain financial and statistical reports for your customer base Network within industry to provide effective feedback on market intelligence Update relevant information held in CRM for all account holders. Attend and present at customer meetings, internal meetings, company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. Liaise closely with Technical Sales Teams on Technical Project opportunities and schedules. Prepare Quotations and Deeper Discounts where applicable and/or directed for Management approval and forwarding to customers. Maintain project register summary for quotations and follow up for outcomes, where applicable. Work with customers to develop co-op branding and local promotional activities to grow the customer and MHIAA business. Desired Experience Experience and knowledge of sales processes Experience in account management, sales forecasting and budgeting Air-conditioning (residential and commercial) sales experience would be highly regarded.
