In this key role, you will be responsible for the supervision, management, and professional development of ASO1/ASO2 staff within the rehabilitation team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play an integral part in overseeing administrative tasks, financial management, human resources, and payroll support for CALHN Rehabilitation Services, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the service. Your role will also involve supporting the operational activity of the rehabilitation services, including room and telehealth bookings, clinic scheduling, and meeting coordination. Technical & Analytical Skills – You’re experienced in using computer software packages, particularly Microsoft and databases, with a strong understanding of spreadsheet, data reporting, and database management. Knowledge & Application – You bring knowledge of HR management, WHS requirements, and budgetary principles, as well as a solid understanding of quality improvement and legislation interpretation.
