The Position Based in Bundall, we are looking for a customer service / administration professional to join the customer service team on a full-time basis.
This opportunity isn't your standard customer service role. You will be liaising with owners living in body corporate communities by telephone and email.
This is a unique, fast paced working environment in a friendly and supportive team.
About You To be successful you will be able to show that you possess: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team, other departments and offices An eye for detail and be a bit of a perfectionist Have an enquiring mind to identify and solve procedural and system questions Assist with management of various centralised functions which are the responsibility of the team Advanced computer skills in software systems and generally technology savvy Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Above all, you will be a dedicated team player who considers customer service a high priority, both internally and externally.
