Your new company Working for a multinational parent company of luxury, renowned beauty brands, this is an exciting newly created opportunity in their customer engagement team. This role is a 5-6 month temporary contract, with a view for the role becoming permanent. For this reason, please only apply if you have full working rights and do not require sponsorship (not suitable for WHV). The start date for this contract will be ASAP, so it would suit someone who is immediately available for work. Your new role Working across the prestige and niche brand portfolios, you will be responsible for supporting fully integrated marketing campaigns for the different brand pillars and new product launches. Your other responsibilities will be: 360 Consumer Marketing Plans: Support new launches and brand pillars, adapt 360 marketing plans, activate paid media strategies, and report best practices. Media Implementation: Work with agency partners to adapt global media strategies locally. E-commerce Support: Collaborate with brand teams and retail partners to maximise e-commerce opportunities. Data Science Projects: Implement data insights for new campaigns. Earned Media/Social Influencers: Develop PR strategies, integrate influencers, and track performance. CRM: Execute local CRM strategies, set up campaign assets, and propose new initiatives. Customer Insights: Identify local insights, build consumer understanding, and recommend marketing strategies. What you'll need to succeed 3 years in brand management or marketing, preferably in Beauty/Luxury/FMCG, local experience in Australia is requiredProven digital experience across social media, digital advertising, CRM and websiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for beauty, lifestyle, and fashion trends will be highly regarded.
