About you:
1. Experienced in sales and business development.
2. Skilled at proactively seeking out new opportunities.
3. Adept at further developing existing opportunities.
4. Highly developed English written and verbal skills.
5. Strong technical skills and engineering knowledge of gears, couplings, etc.
6. A team player, who has worked with branch sales teams and other internal and external stake holders.
7. Happy to travel throughout NSW and QLD branch offices and key customers.
What you will be doing:
8. Developing new opportunities and customers while further developing existing opportunities.
9. Supporting branch sales staff through NSW and QLD with strong technical support.
10. Maintaining a CRM.
11. Working with Management to develop and implement business strategies and activities.
12. Sharing product and market knowledge with branch sales teams.
13. Maintaining a sound product knowledge and industry regulations.
14. Becoming the technical 'go to' person.
15. Updating and preparing sales and marketing plans.
16. Tasks as defined by your Manager and other factors.
17. Reporting to the General manager.
