Their key division of agrichemicals has years of experience and long-term producer associations in the global fertiliser sector. They have access to a substantial range of key raw materials as well as emerging fertiliser technologies and suppliers which are shared with customers as a key point of difference. They bespoke and customise product specifications, packaging, delivery schedules and commercial terms to crop nutrition toll producers.
The Role
Specifically in the agrichemical and crop nutrition division, as the Product Manager – Fertiliser, you will take ownership of the sales and service experience for clients and suppliers. The role is a constant mix of sales growth and account management while ensuring transactional and supply chain risks are managed to achieve commercial outcomes.
Fundamentally a sales role you will be responsible for improving and broaden revenue sources across the business and build a sales pipeline, but equally you will be seen by clients and suppliers as a crop nutrition raw ingredient expert, able to share industry drivers, trends, and emerging sources/technologies to educate the sector and realise opportunities.
The Person
To be successful you will be knowledgeable yet inquisitive about agrichemicals and comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients and suppliers. You will be a sharp salesperson and one from an agronomic or similar background with an understanding of farming production, fertiliser, crop nutrition and the seasonality of farming.

5. Ideally experience working with supply chain to ensure the client expectations are met
6. Technical qualifications in a relevant field with be highly regarded
7. Excellent verbal & written communication skills to influence
