Primary Duties:
* Create and implement efficient project-related document control processes.
* Register and issue Drawings, Documents, and transmittals promptly and accurately.
* Facilitate document flow among clients, subcontractors, and project offices.
* Attend team meetings, contributing ideas for procedure updates.
* File documents properly following set procedures.
* Address system-related technical issues, discrepancies, and identify additional metadata field requirements.
* Support vendors in accurately submitting documentation.
* Contribute to developing and improving the Quality management process.
* Identify gaps in Document Control procedures for ongoing improvement.
Who are you?
* Demonstrated and current document control experience.
* Applies a structured and organised approach to maintain orderly document filing systems.
* Self-motivated, skilled in relationship-building, and comfortable with phone interaction.
* Displays resilience and the ability to push back when necessary.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.
* Proficient in document control systems, Aconex preferred but not mandatory.
