Your new role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Executive team, you will develop and direct the P&C agenda that is closely aligned with the overall business strategy. You will lead your team to support the organisation in all aspects of the employment lifecycle: onboarding and recruitment, payroll, performance management and industrial relations, as well as workforce development; ensuring compliance with relevant Acts and Ministerial Legislations at all times. This is a great opportunity for an experienced P&C professional with exposure to managing at all levels of an organisation. You will be excited and passionate about ensuring that the P&C function is commercial and credible to meet the future needs of the business. You will enjoy being hands-on, providing operational and strategic advice, with strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
