Full-Time High End Retail Security Guard
About the role
MA Services Group is seeking a Full-Time High End Retail Security Guard to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time role, with the successful candidate providing security services at a prestigious retail location in the heart of the city. As a security guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff and the premises.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a visible security presence to deter and respond to any incidents or threats
* Monitoring the premises and access points to identify and address any potential security risks
* Conducting regular patrols and inspections of the retail space
* Responding promptly and professionally to any security-related emergencies or incidents
* Maintaining detailed records and logs of all security-related activities and events
* Liaising with retail staff, customers and other stakeholders to address any security concerns
* Adhering to all relevant security protocols, procedures and applicable legislation
What we're looking for
* Experience in a similar security guard role, preferably in a high-end retail or commercial setting
* A current Security License and relevant training certifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Excellent observation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
