We are excited to be hiring for two Precinct Product Experience Producers to oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
With your expertise, you'll manage large-scale budgets, foster strong interdepartmental, client and vendor relationships, and champion creative excellence.
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will maintain Tennis Australia's reputation for delivering world leading event experience.

About the Role Reporting to the Head of Precinct, you will work across a portfolio of products, from brief through to execution.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with key internal SME's, while project managing the products successful end to end delivery and brand experiences.
Duties include: Concept development and ideation, strategic content development, through to final production Delivery of complex, medium to large-scale projects for our highly discerning local and global fans Responsibility for project budgets and cost control working with our site operations team Post-event analysis and reporting? Assessing and allocation of resourcing for projects that aligns with set requirements, ensuring feasibility, and budget objectives What you'll bring to the role: You will have significant experience as an Event Producer or similar role Demonstrated expertise in complex creative live events and major event activations Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills, ability to work with deadlines and to prioritise tasks? You will be a strategic thinker, a team player and passionate about delivering the best in all elements of your projects You will be highly organised with a high-level of attention to detail? Proven experience with creating, managing and reconciling large budgets? Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia and the Australian Open What's to love?
