Jointly funded by the Australian Federal Government and the Victorian Government, this specialist statewide service will be managed by Alfred Health. The service will provide 24/7 trauma-informed, recovery-focused care for adults aged 18 and over, in a gender-inclusive, home-like therapeutic environment. With a strong focus on family and chosen supports, Ngamai Wilam is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes long-term recovery.About the Role: As the Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will:Provide both individual and group clinical services to participants and their chosen supports at Ngamai Wilam, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.Offer consultation to staff and play an active role in the therapeutic group program, delivering evidence-based psychological interventions and fostering a supportive environment for participants.Be involved in the planning, facilitation, and evaluation of the group program, ensuring it aligns with participants' therapeutic needs.Provide individual therapy to participants, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs.Mentor junior psychologists across AMAH and supervise student placements.About You:Registration with the Psychology Board via AHPRA under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.At least 5 years’ experience working as a registered clinical psychologist.PBA approved supervisor.Australian working rights.Current Victorian Driver License, Working with Children Check, and Background Check.Interested?
